Candice Birns Candice is the newest addition to the Canale Salon. Her expertise is in cutting, blow drying and finishing. Starting in Minneapolis at the Aveda Institute she came out to Los Angeles to train at Sally Herscheberger for John Frieda. After a long stint training she moved to UMBERTO'S IN BEVERLY HILLS. During the next five years she did stying for all the major fashion shows. She was the stylist to AFROMAN SKATING TEAM. She has worked on many short INDIE Films; Such as "Game Day," a short comedy. Candice has a distinctive "EDGY" quality, which made her perfect for work as the personal stylist to the bands; THE RINGERS, THE SCENE, THE DIRTY KINGS, and OH NO, NOT STEREO. She also has training in classical hairstyling for period hairdos ranging from the 20's, 30's and 40's. Candice also works for Elmer Avenue Clothing Line (she worked their fashion show). |
